Terms of Service

You can commission me directly on Twitter, Google Form, or email. For a more detailed look at my Terms of Service, commission prices, and waitlist queue, I've compiled all of them on this link.

  • A commission will usually take me around 4-5 weeks to finish. Please provide the following information so that I have a clearer vision of what you want to see in the drawing: the character, the pose, the concept or theme, and a short description of the scenario you have envisioned. Please send either reference images, mood boards, or stick figures along with your request.

  • Payment is split into 50/50. I will only ask for the first half of the payment before sketching. For the second payment, you will have to pay the remaining balance before I give you the final version of the illustration.

  • Rushed commissions have a fixed rate of 25$. Take note that this is an add-on, meaning that it will add to the base price of what you initially ordered. This, and the additional character fee are both separate. The minimum amount of time that I can accept for a rushed commission is only 5 days.

  • There are only free revisions during the sketch and lineart processes. I do not allow additional revisions to the drawing beyond that point, especially during rendering. Rendering is the process in which I add the shadows, lighting, and other color renditions or fixes to the illustration.

  • I have the right to refuse a commission.

  • I retain exclusive rights to all of my art, including personal and commissioned works. Unless exclusive rights are purchased, I maintain all rights to use and monetize my art in ways I choose to do so. For commercial prices, please reach out to me via email.

  • You are not permitted to use my artworks for cryptocurrency, NFT, or AI training.

Chibi (15$)

Only applicable for one to two chibis per illustration. If there's three or more, it will require an additional charge of 10$ per chibi.

Bust UP (20$)

If you want to add another character in the same illustration, that will be an additional charge of 5$ ONLY FOR BUST UP.

Half Body (30$)

If you want to add another character for half body, that will be an additional charge of 15$.

Full Body (40$)

Revision & Workflow

  • Once I accept the commission, I will send a sketch to you for approval. Sketch and lineart revisions are free as long as I haven’t started rendering yet. Rendering is the process in which I add the shadows, lighting, and other color renditions or fixes to the illustration.

  • If you want to ask about my current progress with the commission, I will only be able to send you a picture of the sketch, lineart, or the base color so that you can check things. I will not send out images of the full step-by-step process of the commissioned piece once I start rendering it.

  • Once I inform you that I’m done with the drawing, I will only send out the final illustration until the client pays the remaining balance. Once the second payment has been processed, I’ll send over the full resolution artwork through email.

  • Files are either saved in the .jpg or .png format, and if you want access to the CSP or PSD files, please let me know in advance. The client will get two versions of the drawing—one with a watermark, which can be posted on social media, and one with no watermark.

  • You can either request a delay when I'm about to post the commissioned piece online, or ask me if you want to keep it private. For the latter, I will not post it on social media. However, I may keep the commissioned artwork as a portfolio sample for Vgen or similar websites.
